What's the difference between Free and Business?
Features are identical — both plans include everything. The difference is scale: Free covers up to 5 users and up to 100 devices; Business is $10 per user / month with unlimited seats and up to 10,000 devices. You're billed per user, never per device. You pay to grow, not to unlock features.
Is encryption or security different on Free?
No. Every tunnel on both plans uses the same WireGuard cipher suite (X25519 + ChaCha20-Poly1305 + Poly1305), and every security feature — posture, SSO, JIT access, audit logs — is available on Free too. Security is never the upsell.
Is there a trial?
No trial needed. The Free plan is full-featured forever for up to 5 users — try everything, then upgrade to Business only when you outgrow the seat or machine limits.
What happens when I hit the Free limit?
The seat limit is the one you actually hit: Free covers 5 users. Devices are not metered or billed — a generous org-wide ceiling (100 on Free, 10,000 on Business) exists only to stop scripted abuse, and only devices that are online or recently seen count toward it. Nothing already registered is removed if you change plans, and we never auto-quarantine your machines.
How does billing work? What about invoice / wire?
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record — they process the card and handle global tax and compliance, so checkout works in 100+ countries. For invoice/wire payment or larger contracts, contact sales@quickztna.com.
Is there a self-hosted / on-prem option?
Not today — QuickZTNA is a managed cloud service (no self-host today). Contact sales@quickztna.com if air-gapped deployment is a requirement and we'll discuss your needs and our roadmap.
